Introduction

The capability to remotely update embedded systems has many advantages. Cost savings are an important factor, but also fixing problems of the ability to sell new features to existing customers. Specially on resource constrained embedded systems implementing a stable and secure remote update solution can be a challenge. INDES-IDS is putting together a solution based on proven standard S/W components combined with our services. An introduction was recently presented at the E&A show in Utrecht.
