SEGGER tools fully support Atmel's Cortex-M3 based AT91SAM3U-EK

SEGGER Microcontroller has released middleware and debugging products for the AT91SAM3U-EK, Atmel’s evaluation kit based on the ARM Cortex-M3™ based microcontroller AT91SAM3U.

SEGGER's complete middleware set includes embOS (RTOS), embOS/IP (TCP/IP stack), emWin (GUI), emFile (File System), emUSB device (USB device stack) and emUSB host (USB host stack). Debugging solutions include the market leading J-Link emulator and the brand new J-Trace for Cortex–M3, which enables instruction tracing via ARM's embedded trace macrocell. Flash breakpoints allow setting an unlimited number of breakpoints in flash. Production choices include the Flasher, a stand-alone programming tool that provides fast and easy programming options for ARM and Cortex-M3 devices or J-Link with J-Flash, which can be used to program the flash memory of the devices.
