APCON Groundbreaking Ceremony Marks Future Move to New Plano Location

RICHARDSON, Texas, September 22, 2015 – APCON, a provider of intelligent network monitoring solutions, today announced the move of its regional office in 2016 from Richardson to a new building in Plano. This move will accommodate its continued growth and momentum. The company celebrated with a groundbreaking ceremony on Sept. 18, in which renderings of the new 58,000 square-foot building were unveiled to employees. The new building will be located at the intersection of Coit Road and Mapleshade Lane.

“Since opening our Texas location four years ago, APCON’s business has grown stronger, requiring team growth across engineering to sales and marketing. Dallas and the surrounding area has been a great place to find the professional talent we need to remain industry leaders,” said Richard Rauch, president and CEO of APCON. “Our new APCON regional office will provide world-class facilities for the business and offers space for employees to rest and relax with a gym, cafeteria and outdoor areas.”

APCON, a Portland, Oregon-based company first entered the Texas region in 2011 with an office in Plano, but with rapid growth the company quickly outgrew its space and relocated to Richardson. With its new building in Plano, APCON will be able to accommodate future hires with continued expansion.
