Predictive Maintenance & Condition Monitoring In future industrial communication will depend on functionalities such as condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. It ensures process optimization through data acquisition and afterwards cost optimization through process optimization.
The new control system of SYS TEC electronic is developed among others for these applications. In addition to numerous interfaces, such as industrial inputs and outputs, TCP / IP, MQTT, Modbus, CANopen, USB and μSD, the controller contains two Ethernet interfaces. This ensures the separation of Enterprise IT and Shop Floor OT.

CTR-700 speaks the language of your employees The special feature of the sysWORXX CTR-700 is the software. It can be programmed via IEC 61131-3 as well as in various IoT languages ��(C#/.Net, Node-RED, Java, Python). Thus it is not necessary to require an expensive external service. The controller speaks the language of the employees.

Mesh nets with Wirepas Via the backplane expansion bus, the CTR-700 can be easily integrated into mesh networks using our extension module (official launch: Q2 / 2018). We use our partner software for this solution - Wirepas Connectivity.
Wirepas Connectivity Software provides a connectivity solution optimized for performance, bandwidth, range and latency. The technology is hardware-independent - the protocol runs on every wireless chip. The Mesh net solution allows customers to run the network on batteries for up to 15 years. With this MeshNet solution, they are able to flexibly optimize the connection solution for the application in terms of performance, bandwidth, range and latency.

Our sysWORXX CTR-100 is a plug-in System on Module for cloud connection which is freely programmable by users. Unlike other IoT Chip devices, the SYS TEC electronic CTR-100 combines sensor2cloud requirements with data preprocessing features ranging from time-critical signals to efficient control tasks. To that end, the CTR-100 comes with appropriate function libraries pre-installed, making it ready for use straight away. Moreover our CTR-100 is prepared for the Cloud Services, such as IBM IoT Platform.
Functions
The baseboard has an Arduino Shield slot to use all standard Arduino components The sysWORXX CTR-100 is easy to integrate for use in Internet of Things/Industry 4.0 applications and the connecting devices/machines to the cloud as these fields require. Like every of our devices the CTR-100 is prepared for the direct connection to Cloud.
The benefits of the SYS TEC electronic CTR-100 lie in its use, security and cloud connection. On the chip are libraries and protocols such as MQTT, Modbus or CANopen which are ready to use immediately.
The templates supplied in the source code are available to users as a starting point for their own customisation. I²C and SPI make it possible to directly connect actuators and sensors.
This allows the entire measurement, control and regulation to be handled on the CTR-100. As a result, the chip works independently of the cloud. There is no additional gateway required for cloud connection.
Our sysWORXX CTR-100 delivers M2M communication at the highest level, as well as being efficient and available at a moderate cost.
