TBmanager: task-based interface for the LDRA tool suite

 LDRA, the leading provider of automated software verification tools, has released a newly revamped TBmanager, V8.4. TBmanager serves as a task-based interface to the LDRA tool suite, creating a common user experience among the LDRA modules. In addition to improving overall ease of use, TBmanager V8.4 accommodates regression suites, test scripts and testing of applications developed using multiple programming languages.
 
With increased dependence on software, government and industry authorities are calling for improved software quality surveillance. Executives and corporations alike are now expected to prove that they have undergone due diligence in ensuring that the software they developed underwent rigorous testing and requirements verification. TBmanager’s collaboration facility supports peer review tasks by enabling a review team to comment on source code based on the LDRA tool suite’s application of coding standards such as MISRA, JSF++ AV, Cert C, and others. Comments are automatically logged and a pass/fail vote is tallied and recorded.
